Many of my customers have stressed concerns about available financing. It is true that there are not as many lenders available today as there was in the past, but rest assured there is still plenty of banks and credit unions offering great loans. In fact with the Federal Reserve lowering the rate they charge banks for money, the effect has been that loans available now have rates that are fantastic.
